ridiculous amount of calories burned
I use the pacer app and its showing like 1,900 calories burned today just by walking. But I only walked 2500 steps any ideas why. I just uninstalled it I figure I just won't count that calories that I burn by walking and will just eat under my allowed calories.

weight gain
I recently had my first hiccup. I eat less calories then I burn and I exercise almost every day for an hour. I lost almost 19 pounds in three weeks tomorrow but I put on 2 pounds since my last weight in. I am not going to let this make me lose motivation but it is disappointing to be doing everything right and gain weight.

I am fairly new and was wondering why my calorie goal keeps going up as I loose weight. Shouldn't it stay the same to loose weight

Finally hit rock bottom
3 weeks ago i jumped on a scale and it read 287lbs and i finally said what the hell are you doing. Got MFP about a week ago. My goal is to reach 200 pounds. Right now I'm at 279.1lbs after 3 weeks.
