  • Good Luck! You can do it. Meal prepping on Sunday evenings is a life saver for me. We have great Farmer's Markets where I live so I meal plan by Thursday, shop Saturday, prep Sundays. I am a working wife and mother of 2, but putting my health as a high priority is what's best for my entire family. We can do it!
  • So, I have not been to crossfit at all this week thus far! I'm going tomorrow, but I was so busy meal prepping and Spring cleaning that I totally abandoned it! I am stepping back and refocusing!
