Just came back from a 10 day trip to Paris, Madrid and Barcelona...I couldn't help it...gained 5 pounds...but the food, the wine and the experience was worth it. Now back to my routine, thanks for all the ideas...it will definitely make it easier...i think I had my fill of bread for years anyway :blush:

My plan calls for 1500 calories a day. I lost 25 lbs and was stuck at 200. Since Thanksgivings I gained 5 pounds until Xmas, I got back to my old routine and now back to 200 but can't seem to pass that point. It is frustrating to say the least.
