  • That's honestly how i've done things since I started a six months ago Maria. I just put 4-5 days worth of stuff in the box, then open it up and pull out "surprise" things in the morning and set them all out for that day. Worked well for me, and keeps things interesting.
  • Down 1lb for the week. 69.5 total now after however many weeks, 21 I think? I've really transitioned a lot to using NS stuff 2-3 times a day, and then other stuff random meals. Getting addicted to running now I think i'm burning a lot more than I was before so I am getting rather hungry sometimes.

  • Jif has out a new PB Powder that is the same thing (you know they had to join the party), we just started carrying it at my store.

  • Thanks, my original goal was 175 way back in December, so now i'm 7 under that after making my new goal of 155 to try and get down to, and then maintain a 160-165 after being completely off the plan.
  • Down 2lb this week, after gaining 1lb last week while I was away for most of the week. Mainly now I need to get toned on my body, and back into the routine I was in before I went back to my hometown.
