  • My hands (and everything else) swells a bit as I run. I can tell because my ring and activity tracker gets tighter. If I drink more water and work out before eating breakfast or lunch, this helps me. The swelling isn't anything too noticeable, but I always loosen my tracker a notch before I run so it doesn't get too tight.
  • I've had jawbone for two years and Fitbit for two days. Didn't like how Fitbit felt on my wrist, and I didn't like how either looked. After 2 years, my jawbone broke internally. Now I bought the withings activité Pop analog watch that just came on the market. That's my favorite tracker!
