A crock pot is your best friend on this one, it's so easy to make a big batch of something and then just portion it up. Also, if you're on reddit, there's r/MealPrepSunday/ where people post the healthy lunches they've prepped for the week, it's really good for getting ideas.

If you do any exercise that isn't walking or running, you should add it.

I'm 5'10", at my lowest weight I was 187 and ALMOST a size 12. Now I'm 220 and a size 16, it's so frustrating knowing that I have to lose like 25 or 30 lbs just to go down one size because I carry my weight all over. On the bright side no one thinks I weigh as much as I do because of the tallness, but I'm still not cool…
