Even in high school when we had to run around the school 3 times I would cheat and run through the parking lot because I couldn't run lol

I don't eat out much at chains. I have a ton of food allergies and it's easier to cook at home. Problem is sometimes I don't have the energy so I end up snacking or binging.

Thanks. It's just the weird place my head goes that worries me. It's like I am subconsciously trying to sabotage healthy eating.

Hi Caitlin. I can relate since I have MS and am sometimes bed ridden or in a wheelchair for months at a time. Prednisone treatments make me gain crazy amounts of weight. Maybe you could try turning all that anger into a punching bag instead of food. Do you use a gym? Somebody once suggested putting an old used tire on a tree outside and beating it with a baseball bat. Therapeutic and calorie shredding :)

I'm new to MFP and just wondering - is it good to be consistently under calories or could under eating be actually causing reverse effect? Any thoughts

I'm 29 (in my mind) but really 44. I have 75 lbs to lose which seems a bit overwhelming right now. I've signed up at the local gym and trying to eat better. I could really use some motivation and support to help me get to my goal.
