I am in the same boat. Looking to lose 15-20lbs. In this past week I lost 1 pound is seems by paying attention to what I was eating and starting an exercise program.

I have been using this app almost a week so I am new also. I have found it to be very user friendly so far. If I forget to log in a meal it reminds me. I am down almost 1 pound so far just by actually paying attention to what I am eating and how much.
