No, you shouldn't. I used to smoke but I stopped a couple of months ago. I've been vaping since but I can tell so much of a difference especially now that I'm working out again. Anyway, don't do it!;)

My goal is to maintain my weight but to eat healthier and get into shape. I've been working out four days a week. I'm proud of myself. I also have depression and working out has really helped.
