6/7 - well, I didn't hit goal but thats okay, I got more exercise in than i normally would have... not sure what I will get today, I walked ALOT yesterday and my legs are killing me!!!!! It was a fun challenge!!!

5/14 - 45 minutes NSV today, I had a surprise webinar today at work, instead of complaining about how boring it would be, I shut my door and walked in place...for 45 minutes!!!Managed to get ALL my steps for the day and 45 minutes of activity that I would not normally had!!
