How about adding natural raw cacao to smoothies? You only need a tiny bit and it does give a kick which is much nicer than sugar I find. I add bananas, soy milk and cacao to smoothies with a leaf of fresh mint and its like after eights ;) The other option is to blend coconut oil, dates and cacao into a mush then roll them…

It takes a whole month to form a new habit :smile: You will be fine. It's better to rest than push on and feel terrible.
