I have the Garmin 620 and have never had that problem. It consistently tracks at less than the amounts calculated by map my run and my fitness pal. Sorry, that is very frustrating.

You are strong and consistent. If your goal is to simply do it, I don't think you will have a problem at all. Just listen to your body and don't push too hard.

June was a wash because of plantar fasciitis and lack of dedication. Going for 100 again in July.

I have had the same problem a couple of times, and it turned out to be the heat and humidity. Training in the heat for about two weeks straight really made a difference. I felt an initial boost after about day five of running in the heat and almost back to my best within two weeks. I had to really increase the hydration as…
