I will now be incorporating weighted hip thrusts into my lower body arsenal for keeps. They really made the glute burn in all the right places.

Weighted glute thrusts are no joke. I also liked the downward dog leg lifts. Really got my 'under butt's' attention. Going to Check out that vid next!

Sure does. I wish that calipers were more accurate so I could know if it were muscle or not. I lift but maybe I need to up the ante.

I religiously do Tracy Andersons method. And stick to a keto diet. Need some cardio inspiration but hopefully I'll find what moves me. :)
