I’ll double check that everything is syncing correctly, thanks! The 10k steps a day is standard, on run days I’m usually around 18k steps per day. If I drop the activity level down from active to lightly active it sets my calories to 1200 which is just not enough…

Thanks, my settings must be super wrong. Every day the calorie adjustment is taking hundreds of calories off me. Today I’ve had a negative of 450 so far. I’m not an inactive person, I run 3x a week for around an hour training for an half marathon and do at least 10,000 steps per day.
