@amygould If you find that article send it over please. I feel like those are a lot of calories to be eating while trying to lose weight though. Maybe I was just SUPER over eating before, and 1200-1500 is what I should be taking in... Along with exercise.

Mine is set at around 1800... I'm notmally satisfied with around 1100... I'm going to try and eat more and workout more I guess... I'll ask around.

I think my average calorie intake is around 1100 a day. I didn't think that was too low? Maybe I'll just eat a few more calories and work out harder? I definitely don't want my metabolism to slow down. Thanks for the info!

Hey Angel! One of my favorite things to eat for dinner is a baked potato with cottage cheese (low fat of course) on it! And it's only around 270 calories! Feel free to friend me and I can share some other things with you along the way to a healthier lifestyle!

It's very good! The cottage cheese replaces the cheese and sour cream! And the best part is... It fills me up all night if I have it for dinner... And around 260 calories!
