Have you been working out? Ive just gained a pound since friday and im eating under my calorie goal and exercising every day. I goggled it and apparently your body starts holding onto more water in the first few weeks and then you start to drop the weight when your body is used to it. Hope this helps :)

If you shop at asda they do good and counted meals that are only about 250cal,I buy them as there so low and really tasty aswell :)

If you dont eat at least 1200 your body wil go into starvation mode, make sure your eating enough :)

I know how you feel I have 2 inflamed kneecaps, I do exercise dvds but just sit out when there doing squats or lunges as it causes far too much pain. Just do what your capable of doing without causing pain. Try pilaties, that gets results and doesnt put pressure on the joints

What might help and is healthy but is a sweet snack is chopped up bannana with honey drizzled over, its absolutely delicious and healthy aslong as you dont put heaps of honey on. Exercise is definitely a great distraction and helps with state of mind aswell. Do this for you but use what motivation you need, show that guy what he's lost! Also look after yourself, make sure you eat! And treat yourself, I always like to buy something nice for myself whether that be clothes or getting extentions or…
