I often have this question; if someone gains enough weight that they want to lose some, how come they all of a sudden find it difficult to eat enough to reach a calorie goal that should see them losing weight. This goal must be less than they used to eat, during the time they gained the weight. The reason is I am jealous…

It just shows know matter how accurately you think you are logging, if you aren't seeing results, you need to eat less. Good article though.

I weigh every day at the same time and log it. I am down 30 pounds and about 5 - 10 pounds from goal weight. I can use my weight graph as a timeline of my life. Every day that my weight is up a bit, i can see the date of some event, ie, christmas eve, new years eve, out for dinner to a buffet, went to a party, etc, the day…
