No, but before you try OP surgery; there is an oral pill that was developed to help with hemorrhoids & one of the side effects was the decrease appearance of varicose veins; I forgot the name of it, I’ll ask my husband tomorrow & let u know, we were discussing it a few months back

120/80 is normal, stress increases blood pressure, 130/90 is not alarmingly high or concern for worry IMHO

I use the 45 calorie bread; 90 calories for 2 slice. Just started using Jerk sauce; it has a ton of flavor and zero calories; usually leftover baked chicken breast

I guess instead of going to lift weight together; I’m gonna find a good marriage counselor instead. I didn’t develop broad shoulders in the last 4 weeks, but this male chauvinist attitude is new. Thanks again for all the support!

My husband does lift & honestly, I thought it would be good for me to start & have some quality time together. He told me instead of doing 5 sets of 5 reps; that I need to do 5 sets of 8 or 10 reps, with lower weight. This wouldn’t be the program then; was my response. Thanks; I personally love my shoulders, it makes my waist look small. He went on an hour lecture; saying I’m gonna look bulky if I keep adding 5lbs every week. I tried to explain to him that I’m eating at a calorie deficit & there’s no way I’m gonna look bulky. We agreed to disagree

I got the flu; and it took me 8 days to get back to gym. Ten days before I got my energy back and felt normal. The flu is definitely a beast this year

I have Fitbit hr too. I let it do all the exercise calories, granted it so much less than the exercise calories they give you on MFP. I usually only get around 250 for doing 10,000 steps. Which is about 85 mins straight doing 4.25 miles. Someone else did almost the exact same & log their's and got 725 exercise calories.…
