I try to stay at 25g but usually end up 25-40; I can get in ketosis after running a few miles but Iโm not continuously in ketosis; I just started testing my blood ketones; so Iโll get a better idea abt my baseline

@VictoryGarden I totally agree with your assessment. I have seen better results with Keto than all other diets combined. Itโs the first time I donโt feel hungry all the time. I also have incorporated IF and still count calories. It has really been an eye opener how addicted I was to processed high carb foods. Iโm stillโฆ

I think when you decide to become a parent; you need to be selfless. There are so many things you will sacrifice in order to give your child the best. If your self image (weight gain) is that important to you; I think you should wait. Whatever you do during those 9 months of development will have lasting effects on yourโฆ

I use to work 12hr shifts. There was no time for exercise on days I worked. I did take the stairs & tried to walk a lot during my shift. I wore a step counter for a few days & was getting 5 to 6 miles per 12 hr shift. I only went to the gym on my off days
