Woo 5 days left! Congrats! I'll be doing lvl2 day 6 today. Then hopefully sneak in a nap before my older kids get home. My youngest woke up at 330am and thought that was a great time to start the day.

My mini goals are.... ●finish 30 day shred for the first time. (Have stared it several times and never finished) ●to be in the overweight bmi range instead of obese in 30 days( 30 more days until my husband comes home)

Lvl2 day 3 done. Just with the stretching at the end my flexibility has increased so much. I do stretch longer than she does though.

Had to take another day off because my little one would wake up every time I moved (she's sick). I finished lvl 1 day 10 today, thinking about doing lvl 2 day 1 if I can get her in bed quick enough.

I took the weekend off since my kids passed a cold off to me. I did day 9 lvl 1 today. Wasnt too terrible getting back into it. Just need to finish it this time around.

Day 6 lvl 1 done today. I'm down 2# since starting the workout. I'm also watching my calories starting a week before that.

When girl scout cookies go on sale my husband buys a ton of boxes for us and puts it up so we can have it throughout the year. I have had at least one box a week since we bought them. I don't know the hiding spot and haven't asked for a box for a week and a half. I have such a sweet tooth I can't just have one.

My goal is to walk until the 13th then I'll have my third little girl on the 14th and take a break the rest of the month. 2/1 1 mile walk 2/2 3 mile walk X2 (6 mile total)

I'm due the 19th of February and already overweight so I lost weight in first trimester and now I'm only up 1lb now. Hope to keep my gain to 10lbs.

I'm due Feb 2017 so not far behind you. Due date now is 10th but getting a dating ultrasound next month so I'll know for sure.

Make yourself a calender and check off the days you do it. Maybe but some goal jeans or bathing suit and hang it up near your calender.

I'll be doing bl the fit test today to see how I've progressed. I don't have a working scale so I don't know if i lost any weight but I've lost half an inch on my waist and half an inch on my belly.

I'm currently doing it. I'm on week two. I'm 6 months postpartum from c section. It's really hard on my knees but I'm trucking through it!
