I found a recipe for “ketorade” and have a glass every day to ensure I have enough electrolytes. Essentially I mix 1/4 tsp. Hello! I started Keto yesterday. Years ago I did Atkins and had a lot of success and felt great on it, so I am hoping to have the same results! This weekend I spent a lot of time meal prepping, yet still I may be over doing it with the nut butters!
