WOW! I am inspired! So when you do cardio, how long do you do it, and do you do only cardio on your 3 cardio days? For lifting, I'm thinking I should do a 5-10 minute job/warm-up, then lift for 45 minutes. Is that correct? I'm not sure, just trying to figure out the right way to do it, and then do it. I'm 5'1" and.....wait for it....184. I hadn't made a first goal. I guess I should. So it will be 150, then 130. I've gotten down to 131 before, if I can get back there, then finally I'd love to be 125. Anyone on a losing streak? I'd love to know what has worked for you!
