I had two ice cream sandwiches yesterday. I still came in under my calorie goal, but still. I could have had a better snack (not together, but same day) and the second one I had because I was upset with my kid and needed a comforting treat. It's actually good that I can admit that. Working third shift, I really have a tendency to lose track and that can be disastrous, as I made it all the way up to 278!. Down to 205 now and still losing. =) Add me if you like.

I'm partial to Muscle Milk...although you may have to look around for flavors other than chocolate and vanilla, possibly online. it tastes good and has a decent amount of protein per serving. My 14 year old loves it, so that should tell you something. =0

Thanks for the invites to invite, everyone. My journey wasn't without its hiccups, and I am sure there will be some potholes down the road, but overall, I am very satisfied and know I did the right thing for me.
