@suzyjmcd2 welcome! I'm also a Thursday weigher and I like putting my weight here on a Thursday morning and then my steps from Sunday-Saturday on the Sunday. I used to post steps every few days when I remembered but often missed days so this weekly posting works for me :)

Steps for week 4: Sun - 17677 Mon - 20630 Tues - 15249 Wed - 15315 Thu - 16807 Fri - 13506 Sat - 12986 Didnt quite make 15k everyday but the last two days have been insanely busy at work and involved super long days there with lots of enforced sitting so I'm happy with getting nicely over 10!

24 hours til my final weigh in of the month, 24 little hours to focus to try and see off last week's gain and end January in the green! My Jan has been all over the place..... however feeling ready for February with my planning and logging groove back. I pledge to a daily check in on here next month as being more present…

Week 3 steps: Sun 13960 Mon 14526 Tue 9311 Wed. 9257 Thu 10916 Fri 10320 Sat 16602 No excuses for two days under 10k. Was busy at work but should be putting my steps ahead of that...... this week steps are my main focus, let's see!

We've made it to Tuesday! Surviving monday always feels good 😁 Busy week at work this week but feeling already for it. Pre logged my day today so hopefully I'll stay on plan!

Hi Monday! How is everyone feeling about week 3 of the challenge? I'm hoping that it'll be my first consistent week of the year..... let's see! No habit tracking for me, just doesn't let me in.... I can get into the weight/steps etc one but the new one wont load. One less thing for me to obsess over I suppose!

I think I have 10kg to go, somewhere very close to that anyway! This is going to be my first fully focused week of 2020 and am really looking forward to it!
