Well about 3 years I lost 66lbs, got myself superfit and I mean superfit, Looked completely different, I've put a bit on recently but on my way down again, 22lbs in the last two months or so.

Another consideration that might help you out is I notice a huge difference in shoes, it could be very worth your while in checking out some good quality orthopedic insoles, that made a huge difference to me.

If you did that then you needed to do it, mind you it's amazing when you've been keeping it all in check for a lengthy time then you binge and it's almost like you have a hangover from food the next day....did it last Saturday.

A far away dream that is so achievable, seriously I lost 100lbs, never thought I could do but well that's history now, I've put on a bit recently due to an injury hence the reason I'm back on here, same here eating super clean and absolutely spanking the gym. Good luck Esty.
