I’m a total stress eater, definitely one of my biggest gremlins. Just need to workout more at those time, oh and yeah I just love my food 😂

Just requested you on FitBit

Hi Kirsty, how are you finding Huel? I’ve been considering it for a while but not met anyone who’s used it. Keep going with it, I’m just over 50lbs down, keeping track on here was definitely the answer for me.
-
HaHa I was here for three years before I found it too 😂 happy to add.

Make your goals achievable firstly, give yourself a reward for when you reach each one, set a date however long from now and work towards it, let’s say by Christmas you want to be such and such a weight or hitting whatever sets and reps, more you sit there thinking about it the further away that date moves to, for instance…

I’m a total stress eater I’ve always suffered with it however I find that it works both ways also, if I don’t get my workouts in I’m not good. Different scenario but I was involved in a serious bike accident, couldn’t walk for two years and didn’t know if I ever would however I managed to pull myself out of a dark place…

Everyday is an achievement whether it’s day one or day three thousand and one, just stick with it, persevere, find the right people that motivate you or with similar goals not just silent driftwood on your friends list, it makes it a far more enjoyable experience.

1111 days and just over 2000 exercises logged 💪🏽😝

I’m down over 60lbs now, I was a cv monster which I loved but I’m now lifting 4 times per week to get better shape and build more muscle so I burn fat more efficiently, happy to add you basit 😉

Keep your short term goals achievable It’ll help keep you motivated.

I find taking my gym kit with me in the car everyday so I don't go home before working out really helps.

Doug, different story but I've just learnt to walk again after a bike accident in which I stopped breathing six times and was bought back, I piled on the weight and then started to get my life back to some normality, I've defied the odds and come back from a very very dark place in my life, if I can do it then you can do…
-
I've had three and I've got the same problem lol.
-
That's an amazing achievement

I've been on this a year, during which time I've learned to walk again after an accident and lost around 53lbs, still a way to go but I'm working out regularly and logging daily and very highly motivated to get back to my original fitness levels. I've actually been on MFP for years but this time around it's a year

You can do it, did it myself many years ago lol, start running and if possible doing circuits, doesn't matter how fast you are going to start with but you are looking for constant progression, it'll put you in good stead for basic and the weight will fall off.

I've done 40lbs so far without about 30-40 left to lose, happy to add you.
