That's incredibly rude and very selfish, please feel free to point them in my direction, that really makes me angry hearing things like that. Rise above it Laura don't let it pull you down, let those comments empower you to succeed.

A number of reasons, I like to feel good, I like to look good, I like the feeling of challenging myself, at the moment I have a much different reason, I was involved in a serious road accident 18 months ago, long story but I stopped breathing 6 times, I've had to learn to walk again, bone grafts throughout my left leg and…

I was diagnosed with pneumonia end of last week, haven't worked out but I've managed to get my lungs pretty much clear inside a week, dying to get back to the gym

If you do a treat day do not allow it to drag into the second day, get that day done and the next day be very disciplined and get back to the diet. As fast as possible is not always the best way

Hi aoife, I'm just out of external fixation of the tibia, also three bone grafts hip to tibia and lost a calf muscle which was replaced from half of my other calf muscle, 14 months later and I'm back at the gym, gradual build up along with hydro therapy and everything else that goes with it, dying to get back to my running…

Hi Tiffany, are you using the barcode scanner for food, it tends to be pretty accurate, I started a few weeks ago and I'm 30lbs down already even with an over indulgent treat day once per week, mind you my weight is dropping off quickly due to being laid up for over a year after a bike accident, I've just started getting…

I so laughed out loud when I saw the title "I used to be on the success story boards" I know that feeling to well, thing is you have the knowledge and you can do it again, I also lost around 90lbs and gained it back after an accident, puck yourself up, you only have half the amount to lose this time

Nancy hi, I've been through a nightmare year, 6 operations not knowing if I'd come out with my left leg, calf muscle transplant, bone grafts from hip to leg in three different places, I've had extensive hydro therapy and very often I've been in the pool with a fair few ladies your age who have had hip replacements, I'm 42…

Great effort codilee, I'm on the build up to actually walking again after an accident, cannot wait to finally be able to say "went hiking today" lol, not all that 10lbs will be water weight, believe me you'll be burning calories, I'm 27lbs down now, really pleased with it but very slow when I can't get out for a run/walk,…

Hey Lowell, 100th time lucky, I'm 25lbs down with about 40 to go and it's dropping off, I'm literally on the road to recovery after a serious bike accident at one point I actually did drop dead around 6 times, 18 months of hell along with multiple major surgeries that I didn't know I'd wake up from with my left leg still…
