50lb plus to lose?

Hi everyone.

I am back to mfp after two failed stints at slimming world. This time round I seem to have the self control I need, so far at least.

In 5 weeks I have lost 10lbs so keeping to my 2lb a week target.

My sw was 18st 4lb (256lb)
My intermediate goal is 15st 13lb (223lb) by early October.
I want to lose 50lb and then assess from there.

Would welcome anyone adding me as I currently don't have any contacts on here.

I'm 28 and from London in the UK and the only exercise I am currently doing is increasing my walking.

    IMHO 2lbs a week is too aggressive. Please keep in mind that you want to be fit for life, not a lose/gain perpetual cycle. At 2lbs a week you risk burning out.

    I am down 22 pounds since March 1st. I am amazed how EZ it is to stay under my 1760 CICO good luck!
