Count me in! I'd love to be down at least 13lbs by then, which would put me at 167. In my head, I'm saying I want to dress up as Harley Quinn ... but we'll see if I have lost the weight to have enough confidence to pull it off.

New Tats! Enough said.

The whole corset thing goes right over my head. Basically what you are saying is that you wear, repeat, wear, repeat, etc. etc. to obtain a desired effect that is superficial. When you could be training your Transverse Abdominal Muscles.. you know.. your "inner corset" and actually have a lasting effect plus a stronger…

Best. Rant. Ever. :) Oh.. and I'm psychotically, passionately, blissfully married/taken (not legally married but we've been together 12 years.. have four kids.. and I say that's close enough!)

^^This! I had to cut out soda completely.. I was an all day soda chugger. Tea was the only thing that seemed to work as a replacement and I slowly cut that out as well. The last time I had a "cheat" soda, it was way too sweet and I couldn't even drink more than a few sips. Slow and steady, progress is progress. :)

First the bad.. - That all of my emotional issues with my past would hit me like a brick wall. This completely derailed me twice. It seems like every time I try to better myself, my mind is like.. hahaha.. screw you, you don't deserve it and this is why! Thankfully, I have a much better handle on it this time around..…

I have the Charge HR and it has helped immensely with keeping me motivated. Hitting all of those daily goals and how easily it syncs with MFP.. I just love it! I also like how it tracks your sleep. From everything I've read it's not too great for accurately gauging calorie burns for HIIT but works well for walking/running.…

Change doesn't happen overnight. Don't beat yourself up over the little things and just keep going! My goal is to be a better version of myself today than I was yesterday. 8 weeks ago I was a soda chugging, junk food munching, never motivated to workout kind of person. As of today, I have had one soda in 7 weeks, 1 to 2…

I absolutely love this guy, thank you for posting this! We are all adults, we are all responsible for our lives and situations. I don't understand why blunt honesty would upset anyone, unless you prefer to lie to yourself.
