I personally find that sunny side up eggs are more filling. Maybe it's the separation of the white and yolk, maybe because it looks bigger...I don't know!

I find that I feel a lot better during the day when I eat a protein heavy breakfast, like two eggs or a protein bar. I keep mine small but I just have more energy to do things, and doing more = burning more so haha

Confession? I don't need to lose weight and have been recommended not to but I am obsessed with losing anyway...I'm in the low end of healthy for my height and I hate that I can't let myself eat but I love seeing the number go down..

Hello! So the calories they give you are the calories you would need to lose xx amount of weight per week assuming you did NOTHING. However, because you are doing more than nothing your expenditure is greater and therefore you would need more food to maintain the loss of xx a week. Hope this helped!

Yay awesome job! But working out doesn't necessarily focus on a single part of the body--it's more about calorie burn, fat loss, muscle build, etc. That being said, I would highly look into weight lifting as I have personally found my body looking better and more toned using it in the past.

If you are sure that you are eating a low level calorie amount, then eat your exercise calories back and do a caloric titration--increase by 100 each day for 3 days, then titrate down to the original amount.…
