  • I've also looked into protein/meal replacement shakes for extra calories on top of meals and have only found ones that are only 200. Is there much point to shakes to add calories or are homemade better?
  • I am currently eating 2350 calories a day which is alot for me. I didn't really take notice of what I ate before that but I know it wasn't enough. For me I think it's more about patience, I know there's no way on magaically putting it on but it would be handy if I could do it quicker :D. I was scared of doing excerise…
