I'm about 50 lbs overweight 5'11" 235 and miscarried this week. I don't know why I did.... But I plan to lose as much as possible and get healthier habits before trying again. Plus I have heard being in good shape helps for an easier delivery.

I had good form.... Went to the doctor and had a pinched nerve in my neck. The lifting was making the pain flare

I love my cowgirl tuff jeans. For work I wear a lot of wrap dresses. They are very slimming in the hips yet accenting the tiny waist and legs.

My doctor told me to eat apples when I'm bored....and they really do make me feel full. I haven't lost weight yet just started this a few days ago.

I have ibs, gerd, and I'm lactose intolerant. All relatively new diagnosis so I'm still trying to figure out how/what to eat

I've recently gone from 180 to 235 no kids yet and my husband tells me I look sexy. I love him and appreciate his words, but it doesn't help me!!!

About 10-15 lbs but once I get to 180ish I'm stuck in size 12 jeans cause I have really wide hips so they are usually baggy in the legs and butt if I get skinnier than that.

I gained about the same. I'm waiting for Monday to roll around to see if I get my period. Hopefully if I'm pregnant at least I'll have a reason why I'm gaining?!

I'm not a good cook. I pack healthy choice meals for lunch. Sometimes my husband will grill a bunch of fish and chicken and we will put it in baggies and eat on that a few days.

I'm in the same boat and I've gained about 30 lbs since November. I sit a lot at work and get bored so I end up eating instead. My boss told me to eat an apple when I get bored but they aren't my favorite :/

I'm very competitive so having friends and challenges would be helpful for me! Also a super picky eater so I need to find healthy foods I actually like eating.

I'm trying to get pregnant and I'm 50 lbs overweight (gained in 4 months). Doctors are running tests but I still keep gaining, so I'm just trying to change my lifestyle completely.

You need to work out more than twice a week. At least 3-4 times per week of cardio. I'm in the same boat, and it wasn't working for me so I increased my exercise and I'm losing weight now. I need to lose 50-60 but I don't have myself on a time limit.
