I'm not the only one then! I noticed anytime I incorporate nuts into my powerfuels or limited extras that I don't lose as much weight. I still eat them but I keep that in mind. I also don't lose as much when I eat the same foods day after day. I still do it even though I know I don't lose as much. I am such a creature of…

I love PB2 in the NS chocolate shake. I add one tbsp as a limited extra. Ok, now I'm hungry!

Congratulations!!!!

I have one omlet that has been hanging out in my freezer. I thought it was ok in the microwave, I will try it in the toaster oven. Thanks for the suggestion sznsido!

The Craving Crusher shake counts and a smartcarb and a powerfuel. The NS protein shakes count as a powerfuel. I like them both, but I try to stick to the regular protein shakes in order to get a serving of fruit each day as a smartcarb. The protein shake is my favorite part of my day. Does anyone else have ideas on ways to…

I can trade. Let me know how to go about doing this. I have both the strawberry and vanilla NS shakes.

Welcome! I'm glad you found this wonderful group of people.

Welcome! Congrats on your weight loss.

Excellent job!!! It's an impressive achievement.

If you love croutons you could try making them from the frozen chicken sandwich bun (NS lunch). That way you can have a salad with chicken and yummy croutons. Search for "day old hamburger buns crouton recipe". I'm not sure if MFP will let me use a link. http://m.allrecipes.com/recipe/232998/old-hamburger-bun-croutons/

I just have to share my new favorite NS protein shake tweak. I use my Nutri Ninja to make it. I put a bunch of ice cubes, water, the chocolate protein shake mix, 1 tablespoon sugar free Hersheys chocolate syrup (8 calories), and 1/4 package of the cheesecake flavor sugar free fat free Jello mix (25 calories - limited…

I microwave the donut for 7 seconds and I love it. I think I might be the only one who enjoys it.

So happy you found this great group of people!!

This looks amazing! Makes me wish I had some NS mac and cheese on hand. I might try it with the three cheese chicken. Thanks for sharing!

Glad you found us! I started at the end of January, and it has been so helpful to me to have an online group of people to keep me on track.
-
Glad you're able to go back and be there. Prayers for a fast recovery.
-
I love this one!!! Thanks.

I took a screen shot of the price page in my account. I also took a screenshot of my weight history. I took screenshots on the NS app of my measurements and weight history there too. Anyone else have other ideas?

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. Oh can I relate!!! I still have to force myself to measure everything (especially veggies). I was in denial about limited extras. I always wanted more! Now I keep myself on track by logging everything.

It's great to see your progress!!! Congrats. It's a great motivation to keep on plan.
-
Thanks for sharing your pics. You can really see the progress!!! I have to try that pic switch app.
-
Congratulations!!! I bet you'll be smiling all day.

I'm interested in any ideas here too. I had an online chat with a NS counsellor who had me switch lunch and dinner as well. Oddly, I feel much fuller eating this way. I'm also trying to eat a variety of foods. I seem to always want the same veggies, PFs, and SCs.

I'm Christina. I was ohiomom39 on NS. I spent tons of time reading the old NS boards but didn't post much. I started at the end of January this year. Nice to meet everyone here!!!!

I'm worried about my chocolate melting - oh wait, I'm in Ohio and it's still in the 40s here. I am going to change my next order to get the melty stuff before warm weather makes it here.

Congrats on your weight loss!!!

Thanks for sharing your pictures. It's wonderful to see your progress. You look great!!!

Maybe you can share a day of what you're eating to figure out if any of us can give you ideas. I read a post over at the old Nutrisystem discussion boards that really helped me at the beginning. They are "Michelle's Little Green Articles".…

Thank you for putting this all together! I can't wait to try the baked apple recipe.
