I never really know what to put together to prep to be honest. I have Turkey Taco Bowls that is a first for me and I quite like them. But other than that I am not sure what can be cooked then frozen or stored in the fridge very well

I have a Skinny Caffe coffee 15 mins before my microwaved Scrambled Eggs in the morning with 75ml skimmed milk and 5g of butter. I sometimes have around 20g of Spinach too for an extra protein boost.
