I always have vivid dreams. The only time I get them more frequently is when I'm sick. If you've increased your meat intake I believe that can cause it sometimes.

I'm 22 with a 3 year old little boy :) I'd like to lose about 15-20 pounds and I'm always looking for new friends on this site. Motivation helps a ton!

If your only goal is fat loss then a calorie is a calorie period. You will have more sucess eating somewhat healthier as the food has more quantity for the calorie amount if your goal is becoming healthy then eating healthy will aid you in that. Usually skin becomes clearer, hair grows thicker etc. I also find I feel more…

The thing that has helped the most to understand that there is no quick and easy way, it's a process. Understanding how calories work and effect weight loss has been the only thing that has worked for me. It's motivating to know I don't always have to eat "clean" and healthy to be successful. That it's okay to have a treat…

You can always try and see how it works out for you.

I'm 5'0 and currently 127. My goal weight is 105-110

I actually don't crave anything bad. But I don't always control what we are having for dinner so I'd it's pizza I'll measure out a small slice.
-
Are you measuring your food? Also when be aware that MFP highly overestimated the amount burned for the exercise. So at times I wouldn't be eating as much of it back. How long have you been eating a calorie deficit?

Honestly my guess just from the two surgeries I've had, and I could be wrong, but you will probably not eat much anyway. But perhaps by the end of the week you will be up to it so good luck. Just guess. I don't know about how it is at hospitals there but here everything is portioned in accordance to health Canada's food…

Goddamn makes me glad I don't drink. As long as you are in a deficit it's fine
-
I eat some, not all.
-
I chose 110 because it's what I was before pregnancy
-
What are you using to measure cardio burn? The machines and myfitnesspal heavily over estimate the calories burned. I would only eat half back if that. And are you breastfeeding? Sometimes losing the last 10-20 pounds is hard until baby stops the breast.

Humans can fluxuate at the high end of 5 pounds in a day. What I find helps is wight yourself first thing in the morning at your lowest weight.

I sometimes infuse fruit with my water. It isn't necessarily going to give a pop like flavour though.
-
I know personally I'm 5'0 and 130 pounds. 1,200 Is plenty for me, but I would think most could eat more.

Motivation is hard because it really has to come from within. I have different things I do to keep me motivated. Looking at before and after pictures really motivates me. I also find that I have way more motivation to stay under my calorie goal if I go to the gym. Don't know why but it helps immensely. It's all about…

For me when I'm hungry I snack on a bunch of different things. A few pieces of meat, a pickle, some nuts, a few pieces of cheese, some rasins all on a plate. Something about eating little bit's of everything helps a lot. But mine is more boredom hunger, not necessarily stomach growling I need to eat now hunger. could try…

Oh no! Sorry to hear that.

First make sure you actually are. Machines and MFP aren't incredibly accurate. If you actually are you could probably eat back 25% and see if you are still losing. If so up it a bit or keep it there.

Different person but I'm 5'0 HW was 160 when 9 months pregnant CW is 132 and my goal weight is similar to yours :) I'm 22
-
I'm 5'0 and currently 132. UGW would be 110, but I'd love to get down to at least 120.
-
I always drink half my weight in water. For me that's 3 waterbottles a day. It's not that much If you drink them gradually. Yes at first you pee a lot but your body gets used to it.
-
I usually do. Sometimes I'll be having cucumber knowing it's the last thing I'm gonna eat and if I still have over 100 calories left I won't bother.

I read it somewhere, like I said no idea I'd it's true or not. I'm guessing the real cause is something to do with lack of protein. I haven't read any scholarly articles on it so of course I'm skeptical, but it is something I've read in a few places. I don't remember exactly what the articles said but something about…

Honestly for me veggies are the worst thing to eat when hungry, they just make me hungrier. If I remember correctly they release something to signal hunger, not sure if it's true. what I find actually helps is to eat a little bit of everything. I get a small plate with veggies, a few pieces of cheese, a few pieces of meat,…

I'm 5'0 and 131. I'm not sure where I would like to be. Preferably below 120. But I also want tk work on gaining muscle so it's more about how I'm going to feel at that weight.
-
If you work on your chest muscles it can sometimes help with making them perkier.
