Oh man I remember the feeling when I first started how unreal it felt. I think it's because we so often mix health with weightloss when they are two different things. You are doing awesome keep up the good work!

I'm short. I started at 135 and saw huge results about every 2-5 pounds. Down to 107 my goal weight is somewhere between 100-105. The last few pounds take foreverrrr but my body is still changing oddly enough.

I haven't logged in awhile but when I first started my whole days were mostly junk food.

I think it's highly dependent on height. At 5'0 right now 1200 is less than one pound per week loss for me. If you are much taller 1200 wouldn't be ideal as it would leave you super hungry and that could lead to binge eating.

Oh man when I was on morphine after jaw surgery I forgot I had to write a 10 page paper. So I wrote a 10 page paper high on morphine. Got an A+ on that sicker.

Not OP but before I started my weight loss journey I generally stuck to very high calorie foods. I didn't actually eat that much based on volume alone. When I started calorie counting I switched out high calorie foods for low calorie ones. It was difficult as the actual volume of food was more but the calories were only…
