I'm kind of glad I don't drink. It would make things complicated aha. I was surprised how easy it is when you get into the rhythem of things.

I should add that if I'm not drinking half my body weight in oz my pee is usually a very dark yellow. I need water through out the day to stay hydrated. But if your body doesn't need as much that's fine too.

I either drink none or half my weight in Oz. Some say it doesn't matter but I feel much better when I drink water and I notice a faster loss as well.

@caymans1029 I'm 5'0, started at 133, and currently 117 as well :) although my goal is 105. My original goal was 113. Such an odd number for a goal but it seems many of us have it lol.

I actually thought I had big Thighs but I guess not :) I'm 5'0 Calf are 12 tighs are 18 They started out at 22

I wanna wear a bikini again. My issue more so has to do with excess skin from pregnancy though. I'm hoping with getting to my goal weight it might tighten a bit. If not I won't be horribly bumbed but it would be nice :)

I usually just drank water or fit it in. Pm Sunday I will be starting BC and I won't get my period for 3 months so we shall see how this goes....

Finally under the 120's. I'm almost at my prepregnancy weight of 113.

I did it and I'm pretty sure I don't have it. I do still have a pouch though from my son being almost 10 pounds. It's more of a loose skin pouch so I'm hoping I'll be able to still lose most of it.

I like chickpea salad Or any bean salad really. Keeps me full and satisfied.

No TOM coming up? For me it usually lasts 3-4 days for water weight. TOM is a whole different story though.

I went from a 36 D to a 32 DDD. Mine are somewhat saggy so to speak but from breastfeeding. I think they look a bit better from weight loss.

Does it tend to be certain days you binge? Try pre planning your meals and snacks the might before. It helps.

Eating healthy, drinking water, and exercising aren't going to help you lose weight if you aren't eating a calorie deficit. Your tummy is going to take some time to change its shape. Some pregnancies take longer than others. Mine took about 5 months to debloat despite losing weight. Also I've heard, and I could be 100%…

The first bit I have no idea I wasn't trying. Then I had jaw surgery and I went down to 126. Liquid diets are a killer. I actuallY maintained that weight for about a year. But then I gained back up to 134. At thay point I joined here and I've just been staying under my calorie goal. Going to start a better exercise routine…

At the beginning of the two months it was a bit of both but now it's mostly diet. I'm hoping to start exercising again next week. I just started a new job and have been super busy.

I really dislike fruit. You can make both smoothies and easy to grab snacks without it. :)
