  • Yeah I'm more into a stronger, stiffer type cocktail, which I know I should not be doing right now. Not because of the alcohol which I really wish I had sometimes, but the munching I do afterwards! I eat whatever is there and the next day realize I blew my diet, so I guess I better stay off the sauce lol.

  • I've been on this diet 3 days now. I'm very new also, but tracking the food I eat helps me so much to want to stay focused. It's the weekend, usually I'd be cheating on any other diet plan. Today, I'm not cheating. That's a big thumbs up for me lol.
