I haven't seen mashed cauliflower mentioned yet. You can jazz it up with some turmeric or some light cheese or parmesan. Mashed butternut squash or sweet potatoes too. you can add cinnamon to yogurt or cottage cheese for a different flavor and to add some fat burning to it (if he needs it). and like KimR said... get…

I'm 5'7" , so it's close. My starting weight was 231, my goal is a dress (size 8) hanging in my closet. I figure I will make that goal somewhere around 140 - 145 pounds... current weight is 184. Good luck!

If I need extra calories for the day, I will google calorie counts for the most mundane of activities (Laundry, grocery shopping) just to add them back in... I know I'm only cheating myself, but that's how I justify it to myself :wink: and to Will_Run_For_Food... when we were kids, my sister and I used to roll white bread…
