Hey buddy, 180lbs sounds like a lot, but it's not that hard over time, all you have to do is stick to it. I started at 442lbs about 13months ago and lost ~195lbs so far. Good luck with your journey, you can do this! =)

So far i've lost 51lbs, my goal is to lose 250. I've set my calorie limit to 1200, which is pretty low considering my weight, but i didn't have any problems…

Hey there, Christian here from Team Yellow Anacondas. 29M/5'9'' SW: 443, CW: 393, GW: 190 I started about two and a half months ago, mostly just counting calories but since the summer challenge i started walking again and as i got a dumbbell for my birthday i also do some light lifting now.
