Hey! I was 340+ pounds before I decided to make a change. Start by finding your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). www.iifym.com has a good calculator. Be honest when filling out the information so you get the most accurate calories/day. Then take that number, subtract it by 20% - eat that many calories a day. I found…
