Yes, please see a doctor. I came down with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) last year. It started as very minor pain and got progressively worse until I couldn't move my arm at all. I went to my regular doctor who referred me to a specialist who got me started on PT. Now it is almost completely back to normal.

I'm 5'2" and started at 158 ... now 132 and goal of 125 lbs, maybe lower to 118-120. I eat 1200 calories, primarily lean proteins, low fat dairy, lots of berries and veggies. I exercise six days a week with a combination of walking/jogging, yoga, light weights. It's been a slow journey for me, but well worth it.

Love this thread. I'm 5'2" and have gone from 159 to 132 ... goal is 125 (or maybe 120). I'm 52, so have the double challenge of older and short. I've been eating 1200 calories a day plus light exercise. Weight loss has been quite slow but steady. Curious what plan/calories others are using?
