thanks you two. I used to be a fan of meatloaf with mashed when the program was advanced or nourish and red sauced but this one...pass. I don't care for the new burgers either or maybe it's the sauce they are floating in. They used to have astro burgers that you had to rehydrate - now those could make a comeback.

- I don't know Roger as just keying in my NS entree's my sodium is pretty close to max some days (below 2gms). When I see it as it is now, it did get my attention. Agreed about chinese and ham- although I rarely have either.

i agree, everyone is different in health and ability. I don't eat back my calories. When I was losing weight I ate according to 12-1350 cals a day and lost 150 pounds.
