Time is a big factor. I used to track my miles and got around 5 a day but they were usually split up. My first walking challenge was to do 100 miles in 6 weeks and I did almost 200 17 pounds in a month? That's incredible. For my restart it took me 5 months to drop 40 but who's counting lol great job!!!

Yes I do, not bruising but red discoloration. I also have battled foot ulcers. One started as a callous and the others as blisters. I don't feel my feet- although I have the sharp shocks. I use the thorlo socks for diabetics and my sandals are vionics. Daily care, lots of lotion and massage.

I grew to like it - and no it's not Kraft like. Not imo. I add a little hotsauce and pour it over green beans. I actually like the one with beef better then the other.

Yes as part of Phen-Fen many years ago. Very effective stimulant but as others have said without adapting your eating habits and developing better skills the weight is a vicious cycle. I used to fall alot. Some of it is neuropathy but I didn't realize how much my body size dismorphed everything. Glad to hear you are doing better.

yes the fast fix we all want to see. You are doing very well! I had to adapt my thinking to "this is the way I eat, this is the way I live now." It's been of help in recreating my mindset and retraining habits.

- it may take a while for you to start dropping. Everyone's metabs are different and I had a lot of fluid issue's when I was 300 pounds. Be consistently on your program. You will do this.
