4 pounds is really not bad. If u were drinking margueritas the salt alone could make u weigh that. Lol. I predict a very quick recovery. Prognosis excellent!!

The steak meal was good only thing I would say is do NOT cook it as long as it says. 6 min way to long. Mine was hard around the edges. Which is ok if u like burnt steak.

I did not like chicken and roasted vegetables dinner. Blah. Way to much poultry seasoning included. Blah. Not sure there is s way to salvage that meal!!

I love croutons. I know. Bad bad bad. But today I cooked my Steak and where is the cheese melt a bit too long. Guess what...I had some very tasty croutons in my salad w some fat free maple grove Caesar. Almost as good as Olive Garden!!!

I'm sure lots of folks have done this. Mother's Day omelette with 2 slices of fat free cheddar and sauté peppers and onions with a slice of pumpernickel. Tons of food here. 1 PF 1 SC and one NS omelette along with veggies.

Yes as said you can move them around. I do believe there is some science to having them the way NS suggests. The other thing I would say and this is something I struggle with because I tend to b a late night snacker. Don't save or hoard as I put it your PF and Sc for days end. Ok this is simple but really good. Maple grove fat free honey mustard Dijon on salad and then top the chicken sandwich with the salad and dressing. I love honey mustard chicken sandwiches from any fast food joint. This did the trick.

I didn't eat breakfast before but now I'm hungry wo it. It might be crazy but I think if I'm getting that hungry feeling every 2 or 3 hours that everything is moving the way it should. If I don't then I don't expect a good weight. Idk

Ok I just took a meal I hate and made it awedome. Spray frying pan nonstick speay Fresh garlic chopped and sauté Any stir fry veggies u want. Pictured just peppers and onion sauté Add Szechuan sauce a tablespoon is 25 calories Add NS garlic sesame chicken the whole dish Add 3 oz shrimp Ok in heaven.
