i have same problem but mine is lower back and same like u i start pushing my self hard and stop because i hurt my self but this time i started with slow walk then power walk now i try to jog most of the time my back still hurts after am done but not as much as it did before so i now power walk/jog for 8 or 9 mile a day. u…

oh yeah i know how u feel about the time for the miles. u r better then me lol i started with 23 min a mile lol i was happy when it said 1 mile 15 min and 23 sec i was like oh yeah lol.. but i have to walk really really fast since i have short legs lol. good luck with ur 3 mile walk. u know u can do it :)

what is everyone doing for today? am going for walk/jog maybe 6 or 8 miles and upper body strength training. i got to lose this stubborn belly or am gonna lose my mind lol. any one have any tips for losing belly fat?
