Weather was in the high 70s today. I helped out with the Keep America Beutiful neighborhood clean up, wore me out. But I got extra steps in anyways. Then the workers all went to the neighborhood restaurant and ate lunch. Therefore, 2/20 not 100

I don't get the frozen foods, so I miss out on them. That's awesome about your step count. My hip has been kiLli g me with every step, so I have only been avg about 3500 a day. That not much. I come home take something to relieve the pain and go to bed. UGH! 2/2 100

Roger, don't you burn calories for just trying to stay warm. It has rain here all day yesterday and today, cooler tomorrow. My MIL has been at it again.
