Thing I did to lose today: Walked 3.5 miles (60 mins) and am below calorie goal for today. Hope to see some good results at my next weigh in after 2 slow weeks! Good luck everyone!!!!

This... (although I don't know about bulking and cuts) If you have a lot of weight to lose, you'll never be able to maintain if you're too restrictive. It has to be a lifestyle change, not just a "diet". I stay within calorie goal each day (or very close) and if I choose to eat too much I'll try to exercise a little more…

I said NO, but THANK YOU to the pancakes my husband was sweet enough to cook me for breakfast and had a 90 calorie fiber bar instead. But DIDNT say no to the pizza for lunch. But only ate 2 slices and went for a 3 mile walk to help make up for it :)

Congrats on your 10 lbs Izzy!!!!! In another 12 weeks if you continue at the same rate, you'll be down almost 10%. Not too shabby :) And that is something to be proud of!!!! Sometimes I feel like we get so wrapped up in the day to day, week to week- that we forget to look at the big picture.

good luck to you Izzy! Feeling very proud of myself tonight. I went out and walked 3.7 miles in an hour tonight. I had that old "blow it off" feeling creeping up on me and I made myself go out and now I feel fabulous! Sweaty, but fabulous! LOL!!!

Thats great! I used to do the same thing- eating when I was bored or depressed. Its really a habit that needs to be broken. Im working on it too. Congrats to you for putting the food away and being productive. And a bonus is that you probably feel better that the bathroom is clean :)
