It's funny- when I'm out walking to "get exercise" people cheer me on, but when I tell someone I walked to the bank (1.5 miles) or to get my haircut (almost 2 miles). They tell me I'm weird. Why not combine the exercise with something I need to do? It's amazing how many places I walk to now that I used to drive to!

You need to just reboot. The past 3 days are done and gone. You cannot change them. Stop beating yourself up. Start fresh tomorrow. You may not lose this week because of it, but you can lose next week if you start over. I have gone thru this many times- given up because I messed up. Not every day is going to be perfect!…

Every day is a new chance to get it right! Take it one day at a time. Not sure how much you are looking to lose, but for me, breaking it down into smaller goals worked. Thing I did to lose weight today: hurt my back pretty bad yesterday so no exercising today for me. But instead of ordering something out for dinner (since I really didn't feel like cooking) - I cooked anyway- paleo meatloaf with vegetable medley for a side.
