I am still here. Got another 45 minutes on Sunday. Since I've been put on a restrictive diet and such after yesterday's appointment that means I'll be unable to do any of the exciting food challenges. If you would prefer me sit out till I get all this figured out, I understand.

Thanks all. I've felt better the last couple of days. Enough to get E in so I'm not a complete zero for the team this week. Could someone log it on the spreadsheet for me? I can't get Drive on my phone. 3-30: 20 min 3-31: 30 min 4-1: 75 min I'll get more in today, too, as long as the tummy cooperates.

Hey all. Thought I would explain my absence. I spent a lot of Easter weekend and the first part of this week with a stomach bug. Renee-- Maybe take a walk through the store to destress? Purposefully avoid the food section. Concentrate on outdoors, clothing, or health/beauty. Just a thought... That keeps you away from the tempting junk in the work area and in the store plus you get a little E. Just a thought. Have no idea if it's feasible or not.

What kind of work do you do? That can really impact the strategy given. It looks different for a receptionist than a nurse, for instance. Good for you for jumping back in!!!

Good morning all!! Glad to see water as a part of the challenge this week. I always excel at drinking water. No weight change for me this week. I had an abnormally large drop (for me) last week so I assume my body is just adjusting. Have a good day!!!

I usually don't eat back my calories unless I've done some strenuous extra long E. Then I add in a protein and smart carb serving after the E.

I find that while the number doesn't match because of the fluctuation in activity and food from day to day, it does give a good indication of what days look like that do positively affect my weight loss. Melissa, welcome to the group.

Something I have been doing is adding a protein shake upon arriving home in the late afternoon from work. This leaves me feeling full and has ended my evening snacking that would mess up so many of my evenings after a day of being on target.
